We recently had Jake come and speak to many of our leaders at an event focused on the pursuit of excellence and working through change and adversity. From our first initial conversation Jake was fully engaged in learning about who we were and how we operated. The presentation the evening of our event couldn’t have been better. He touched on specific points that applied to our teams. He’s prep and execution was flawless. The feedback was nothing but top notch. Jake is authentic and has a special set of skills that can take a message and relate it to a person or team. As a team we’ve already talked about other ways we can engage Jake to help develop our high achievers. We look forward to a continued partnership with Jake!

What a motivating week! We hosted Jake to speak with our soldiers, NCOs, and Officers to invest some Leadership and Motivation into us to Compete Every Day! He was so passionate about his message one NCO told me today ‘After hearing Jake speak, I wanted to run out of the doors to counsel my soldiers! He made me want to re-enlist (in the Army) for another 6 years!’ Definitely worth the investment! I hired Jake to capstone an all-day business event with a small live audience but a livestream audience of thousands. We added him to the agenda late in the process, but working with Jake proved to be one of the easiest parts of the project.
